To be eligible for a return, your mask must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

1. Quality Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)

If your mask arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.

  • 100% Free Replacement or Refund: We will cover the full cost of replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

  • Easy Process: Simply email us photos or a short video of the issue to our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery.

  • No Return Shipping Hassle: You will not be asked to ship the damaged item back to us. We will process your replacement or refund once the evidence is confirmed.

2. Change of Mind Returns (General Returns)

If you simply change your mind after receiving the mask, we offer a hassle-free return solution:

  • You Keep the Mask: Due to the complexities and high cost of international shipping, we kindly ask that you do not ship the product back to us.

  • We Issue the Refund: Once you contact us to confirm your return request within the 14-day window, we will process your refund for the cost of the mask (minus the initial shipping/handling fee) and you can keep the product.

Note on Hygiene: We can only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging due to the personal nature of the product.
